SHIFT CAPITAL advised Ginkgo II on the acquisition financing of VECTEUR SUD, a light industrial and office building located in Châtillon. The existing building will be demolished in order to develop a 28,000 sqm high quality office project. Ginkgo II is a fund dedicated to brownfield redevelopment projects in Europe, predominantly France, Belgium and Spain.

SHIFT CAPITAL advised Ginkgo II during the initial marketing phase with the prospective lenders on deal presentation, discussions, visits and negotiation of terms sheets, and subsequently assisted throughout the whole closing process in the loan documentation negotiation and coordination of third parties. SHIFT CAPITAL advised notably Ginkgo II on various structuring options to optimise the financing amount and cost.
