Senior / Mezzanine financing of a tertiary opportunistic development

Shift Capital advised the GDG Investissements group to finance H2B project in Clichy, a 13,000 sqm tertiary apportunistic development located at 30-32 rue Henri Barbusse (see below). The project will be delivered in the first half of 2021.

The financing was provided by the Anglo-Saxon fund Cheyne Capital, which financed GDG Investissement through a senior loan of € 52.2m and a € 25.4m mezzanine loan.

Shift Capital assisted GDG Investments in all phases of the financing: the structuring, the search and identification of the lender, as well as in all negotiations with Cheyne Capital.
