
A 8,560 sqm residential development in Fontainebleau
SHIFT CAPITAL advised Ginkgo II on the acquisition and redevelopment financing of former barracks located in the heart of Fontainebleau. The construction of new buildings will complement the existing one which will be restructured, with the aim of developing a 8,560 sqm high quality residential project. Ginkgo II is a fund dedicated to brownfield redevelopment projects in Europe, predominantly France, Belgium and Spain.
SHIFT CAPITAL advised Ginkgo II during the initial marketing phase with the prospective lenders on deal presentation, discussions, visits and negotiation of terms sheets, and subsequently assisted throughout the whole closing process in the loan documentation negotiation and coordination of third parties. SHIFT CAPITAL advised notably Ginkgo II on various structuring options to optimise the financing amount and cost.
