Acquisition of an office building in Issy les Moulineaux

SHIFT CAPITAL advised the investment fund Fidelity Worldwide Investment (more than € 260 billion of assets under management) in the acquisition of an office property located in Paris, at Issy Les Moulineaux, Le Verdi, international headquarters of Nestlé Waters since 2007.

The acquisition concerned a total of 6,500 sqm of office and 181 parking spaces secured by a recently signed 9-year lease.

SHIFT CAPITAL assisted the fund in its financing strategy and in the negotiation with the lender.
