Office building development project in Montrouge

SHIFT CAPITAL advised Immobel, the leading developer listed on the Brussels stock exchange, on the acquisition refinancing of a property complex including two buildings located rue de Gentilly in Montrouge. The estate will be rebuilt as a 8,000 sqm office building providing the best Parisian standards. SHIFT CAPITAL advised Immobel during the marketing phase with the prospective lenders on deal presentation, discussions, visits and negotiation of terms sheets, and subsequently assisted throughout the whole closing process in the loan documentation negotiation and coordination of third parties. Since its French opening in 2018, the listed developer has built a three-projects strong 50,000 sqm portfolio.
