Acquired on behalf of the SCPI PFO, the portfolio included assets in Amersfoort, Utrecht, and Essen, featuring strong fundamentals, long leases, and a WAULT of 6.4 years.
The financing structure was optimized to maximize both LTV and debt maturity, supporting Perial’s long-term core-plus strategy across continental Europe.
