Financial Modeling and Debt Structuring – Réinventer Paris

Shift Capital supported a consortium of developers during the first edition of the urban innovation competition “Réinventer Paris”, launched by the City of Paris.
The scope covered financial modeling, business plan reviews, and the structuring of debt financing for 13 distinct real estate projects submitted by the consortium.
Shift Capital was involved at every stage of the bidding process — from initial scoping to final submission — to ensure the economic soundness and financial feasibility of the proposals.
