SHIFT CAPITAL acted as exclusive financial advisor to Extendam and its partner MyHotel for the structuring of a €10m facility to acquire and reposition a former Mercure hotel into an independent 4★ boutique hotel, located near Place d’Italie in Paris’ 13th arrondissement.
The 60-room property, including parking, meeting rooms, and landscaped outdoor areas, was acquired off-market and underwent a full ESG-oriented refurbishment.
The financing covered the acquisition and all renovation costs, and was structured as long-term amortizing debt. SHIFT CAPITAL supported the sponsors from term sheet negotiation to closing, securing a financing solution fully aligned with the hotel’s sustainable and lifestyle-driven repositioning as Hôtel Rosalie.
