€12m Financing for the Acquisition of a 4,200 sqm Office Building in Brussels by Perial AM

SHIFT CAPITAL advised SCI Perial Euro Carbone on the financing of its first acquisition, made in Brussels.

SHIFT CAPITAL acted as financial advisor to Perial Asset Management in the structuring of a €12m facility for the acquisition of a 4,200 sqm office building in Brussels – the first asset acquired by the SCI Perial Euro Carbone.

This transaction marked the launch of an innovative low-carbon real estate fund with ISR certification, aiming to build a sustainable office portfolio in major Eurozone cities by reducing, optimizing, and offsetting the carbon footprint of each asset.

SHIFT CAPITAL supported Perial AM in structuring and negotiating the financing with a Belgian bank, delivering a full-scope advisory service under tight deadlines and in alignment with the ESG commitments of the fund.
